I like the quote on your &#039;Become a bodybuilder&#039; page: “Those Who Fail To Prepare Are Preparing To FAIL!” -  and nice photo of Arnold in his earlier days. Reminds me of his encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding. In this, he does mention something about the power of visualization. He visualized the particular muscles he was training, expand - and get bigger and bigger as if they were about to explode, as he contracted them during his sets (or something like that anyway) ... :)</description>
