Reminds me of his encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding. In this, he does mention something about the power of visualization. He visualized the particular muscles he was training, expand - and get bigger and bigger as if they were about to explode, as he contracted them during his sets (or something like that anyway) ... :)</description>
